I'm Sara, and what I love most about my job at Duinbergen Clinic is the customer contact. I get enormous satisfaction from helping and guiding people. The variety in my work makes every day different, exciting and challenging. Moreover, I work in a very pleasant environment: the positive atmosphere within the team ensures that I enjoy coming to work every day.

Patients can expect a warm welcome from me - and of course that includes a nice coffee 😊. I always take the time to listen, to fully understand their questions and needs, and to guide them through all pre-operative matters in a clear and caring manner. It is important to me that everyone feels comfortable, heard and well prepared.

I am especially proud of the structure and organization I bring to my work. I do my best every day to help everyone as best I can and make them feel comfortable. I invariably do this with a smile, because I believe that a positive attitude not only makes my job better, but also the entire patient experience.

Outside of work, I most enjoy the simple, precious moments. I love taking walks with Luna, my little dog. Quality time with family and friends means a lot to me, and I can always appreciate a nice day of shopping as well. But I prefer to end the day with a nice dinner with my husband, accompanied by a nice glass of wine - that completes my evening.
